Working together as a team has given us a boost in making progress in this unit task. We are very fortunate to have each other as a group as we all try to give in what we can.  Our strength as a team is in our respect towards each other and in our ability to communicate. We all know our individual strengths and try to apply it accordingly. Our worst enemy is time.  We all  like to work with precision but yes time is against us especially during this festive season when family quality time is also a necessity.  Without doubt,  stress and anxiety starts to build up and is never at our advantage.

Our model is in the ratio of 1:20.  We have been able to put up the wall panels in almost every room now.  We are trying to advance as much as we can before the Christmas Holidays as we need to dedicate time for other units as well.
