Lighting structure made out of 6mm iron rods welded together to form the self-supporting structure. A fluorescent tube was fixed to the back face of the structure. The whole structure was lined with fabric with the intention to leave the iron structure showing in order to relate to the tetris blocks.
However, one shortcoming was that the tube's shape when lit remained visible so an adjustment was needed. A second lining made out of baking paper was incorporated within the structure in order to diffuse the light. This was an alternative to using double fabric lining. Also its design used up little area which was an added value to reducing costs.

Setting up an interior using 3ds Max
I finally managed to set up the room with some furniture in. I had some problems all the way, but managed to solve most of them. I'm still a bit uncertain about the skirting but on the whole it should be OK. Was a bit limited with my furniture but many of the uploads, I did, didn't seem to get through. I realize that only the 3ds works out unless there is another way of using the max folders as well.
